Configuring a test environment is not an easy task. There is need for a clear set of requirements – for example when testing a banking application what type of user bank accounts should be configured to cover all possible test cases – that need to be translated to configuration requirements. Once the configuration requirements are clear there is still need to achieve all permissions and clearances from the security team, privacy etc to set the required configuration.
